Who is responsible for this site

What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email, phone (optional), topic and message. Used only to reply to you. Kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting work, then deleted.
- Server logs: the hosting provider records IP addresses, browser type and pages requested for security and error diagnosis, retained for a limited period by the host.
- Analytics and advertising: [not yet enabled. When Google Analytics, Google Ads or Meta pixels are added, this section will name each tool, what it collects, and how to opt out.]
Cookies
The site sets no tracking cookies at present. The calculator and rate pages run in your browser and do not send your inputs anywhere. If analytics or advertising cookies are added later, a consent notice will appear first and this section will be updated.
Messages sent through the contact form go to Elena's business inbox. Marketing emails are sent only with your express consent, in line with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation, and every one includes an unsubscribe link.
Sharing
Your information is not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing. It may be shared with service providers who host the site or deliver email, and with the brokerage or professionals (lender, lawyer, inspector) only as needed to complete work you have asked for.
Your rights
Under British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act you can ask what personal information Elena holds about you, ask for corrections, and withdraw consent for future use. Use the contact details above.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, kept updated, backed up daily and protected by a firewall and malware scanning at the host. No payment information is collected on this site.
